The technical equipment of Bungee Jumping includes mountaineering materials homologated from UIAA, and Bungee materials like the leggings studied and made from PETZL especially for this kind of sports and the elastic ropes made by our own with a decennial know how.

Everything must be calculated to exclude every kind of risk, but anyhow it is the Team experience that guarantees the safety of all the jumpers. In fact a member of the Team can be promoted to being in charge of the centers only after long training. To avoid every kind of mistake and risk of the routine, every phase of the equipment is subjected to the "Cross-check" by the Staff members that are subjected to a periodical rotation.

Exploring Outdoor srl is the 1st Italian professional Company specialized in bungee jumping. Since the very beginning we always looked for max safety standards both for materials as well for Team training and skills. More than 50.000 people have jumped from our bungee centers and in Europe more than 70.000 jumps per year are guaranteed by our bungee cords. Since the beginning in 1993, we have been asking to the Government to cooperate in studying with us the national safety Standards. But no answer came from the competent Ministry. We acquired the most safe standards used in Europe and we improved them adding for example safety webbing in our bungee cords or skill training course for our Team. In May 4th 2002 together with all the Italians bungee operators We promoted a research approving after 5 months of studies the National Safety Standard called S.I.S.E. (Standard Italiano Salto con Elastico). Now every SISE approved bungee organization has the right to publish the SISE Logo with his own number of registration (We are ITA 005)
