Starting November 2025, you can purchase the “FLEX” option during the final booking process. This option guarantees the possibility to move a reservation without incurring penalties, in line with our Sale Conditions, up to 8:00 a.m. on the chosen date. The FLEX option can only be used once.
However, it is always possible to make a name change of a booked jump, even on the same day, at the Reception.
