1. RAIN or SHINE! We are open in all weather conditions!
2. In case of particularly adverse weather phenomena, the Authorities may forcibly close our Bungee Center. Bungee.it will undertake to notify it to our jumpers to reschedule the jump on other date.

Change your date for jump

1. You can always reschedule your booked date using the link in your booking email or with the assistance of one of our operators.
2. Penalties apply for rescheduling based on when the request is made, according to the following rules:
   1. request for reschedule after 12:00 a.m. on the Thursday before the date of your jump: charge of the list price of one jump equal to €110.00 per person
   2. request for reschedule less than 7 days in advance and by 12:00 a.m. on the Thursday before the jump: 50% charge of the list price of one jump equal to €110.00 per person
   3. request for reschedule less than 15 days but within 7 days of the jump date: 30% charge of the list price of a jump equal to €110.00 per person
   4. If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before the the date of your jump, we’ll refund the total amount paid, net of administrative expenses.
3. If you change your booking using the link received via email, the charges will be automatically added to your order before confirmation. Otherwise, our operators will provide instructions on how to pay the amount due.
4. The rules for date changes also apply to cases due to health, traffic, or personal reasons.
5. Changing the time or date booked does not entitle you to any change in the paid rate.

Cancellations and refunds

1. You can always cancel your reservation, according to the following rules:
   1. If you cancel your reservation after 12,00 a.m. of Thursday before the date of your jump or if you don’t come at the Reception or if you decide not to jump the day reserved, also for cases due to problems of health, traffic or personal reasons, the total amount paid will be lost.
   2. If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the date of your jump, we’ll refund a 50% of total amount paid.
   3. If you cancel your reservation up 15 days before the the date of your jump, we’ll refund a 30% of total amount paid.
   4. If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before the the date of your jump, we’ll refund the total amount paid, net of administrative expenses.
2. Handling charges necessary for the repayment will be deducted from the amount to repay. We will keep € 10 for each refund.

Name change

1. It is always possible to make a name change for a booked jump, even on the same day at the Reception.

Cancellation date of opening

1. Calendar could change. Bungee.it will communicate the changes and will offer a new date for jump.
2. If due to force majeure Bungee.it is not in a position to carry out the activity, Bungee.it will offer a new date for jump but you are free to ask the refund of entire amount (except for services already provided and the administrative costs for each booked jump).

NB: The same conditions mentioned above also apply to any health or administrative restrictions in force at that time.

Requirements

1. Bungee Jumping is not recommended in case of: obesity, epilepsy, heart and joint disorders, dizziness, diabetes, drug intake, alcohol or substances (including prescription drugs) which may modify my psycho-physical state or being pregnant.
2. Min. weight limit is 45 kg. Max. weight limits is 120 kg.
3. Anyone over 60 years of age must submit a medical certificate in advance attesting to their physical fitness to bungee jump.
